The agreement for using Phonumi, written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us.

These terms are an agreement between you and Acadezone, which runs Phonumi. By creating an account or using Phonumi, you accept them. If you use Phonumi for a school or another organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Phonumi is for adults who teach or support reading: teachers, reading specialists, schools, and families using a teacher's link. Children don't have accounts.
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep that mailbox secure: anyone who can open it can sign in. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Lesson texts, reading group profiles and everything else you create stay yours. You allow us to store, process and display them, including with the AI services described in the privacy policy, only to run Phonumi for you. Don't enter students' personal data; Phonumi doesn't need it. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
Phonumi drafts texts with AI and checks every word against the sounds you set for each group. The check is a strong tool, not a guarantee: review each pack before you approve it and use it with children.
You decide when to share a lesson. Anyone with a family link can open it. You can turn a link off at any time, and links expire after 120 days.
If you are a consumer, the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country, such as a right of withdrawal, are not affected.
Don't use Phonumi to break the law, to make content that could harm children, to get around plan limits or security, to copy the service or its word lists at scale, or to resell it without our agreement.
We keep improving Phonumi, so features change. We work to keep it available but can't promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We tell you in advance about changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
You can stop using Phonumi at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we tell you why.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, and wherever the law doesn't allow a limit. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of obligations that are essential to this agreement, and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for it. Your statutory rights, including warranty rights for digital services, are not affected.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes with businesses, the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the protection given by the law of the country where you live still applies, and you may also bring proceedings there.
